Automeet is a national level technical symposium. As the name suggests is a technical meet up of the brightest minds in the field of automobile. Automotive enthusiasts from all over the nation meet at this place to share their piece of mind and test their skills. It is one of the most revered and recognizable symposiums and receives record windfall number of students, year on year, who attend our in-demand workshops and partake in our competitions.
The two day event saw a total of 4000+ young minds with actively participated in the 15+ events and 6 workshops.
The workshops are conducted on various futuristic technologies by renowned experts. Arrays of 15+ exciting technical and non-technical events were conducted and a total of 500k worth prizes were given to the students.
In addition to these each day features a show stopper that steals the attention of the crowd: The bike stunt show and The Auto expo.
A bike show conducted by trained professionals who perform breath taking stunts in their KTM bikes.
The show stealer of the symposium is the AUTO EXPO a second day. In the 2017 edition of the auto expo a ROLLS ROYCE GHOST along with BMW, Volvo, Mercedes and other luxury cars.
Today's world is competitive. To know where we stand against the rest of the nation, the students of automobile department, have continuously participated in various competitions. These competitions proved to be a vital as they were a platform where students could showcase our excellence in designing and fabricating the design that was planned. From the glorious times of the 60th batch who participated in initial editions of Baja, Supra and Efficycle to the winners of special prize in shell eco marathon the students have been excelling in various competitions under different names.
Royalz Motorsports is official club which represents all the competitions involving design and fabrication of vehicle.
Royalz motorsports is a fully functioning club that aims in bringing out the best in students in automotive competition by supporting them is every way possible.
It's genesis was in the second half of 2016 where the team participated in ENKRC, a go kart design and fabrication competition. The students backed the best design and best CAE awards during the expedition.
Continuing the win they participated in SUPRA, a formula car design and fabrication competition. It is conducted by SAE india a widely renowned organisation. After half a year of brain numbing calculations and rigorous fabrication the car was completely ready to compete in the event held at Buddh international circuit Noida. They secured the over all 24th rank of the 126 participants being 4th in South India.
Next the students participated in cross trike, where they had to the design and fabricate a electrically driven tricycle. They were appreciated for their build quality and managed to win the cost report event.
Next was baja, where an all terrain vehicle is to be designed and fabricate. The vehicle is went to NATRAX, the test track, in madhya pradesh where they won the cost award.
It is evident that our students have the talent that places them on the top of the list in the nation. Royalz Motorsports is aims to give the students a single identity which would make it easy for others to recognise the team, in both competition front and sponsorship solicitation.
As the achievement line up and the name is established, it creates an expectation among the people. This encourages students to not just participate but attempt to out perform the previous records, pushing them to the limits.
